Hey there,
I’m Chef Greeny, and this is my little corner of the world — where good food meets good vibes.
Let me tell you a little story… it all started in my family kitchen.
👶 The Childhood That Shaped Me
I was just a curious little kid when I first stepped into the kitchen. I used to sit beside my mom and grandma, watching them cook with love, barefoot on the warm kitchen tiles, surrounded by the smell of fresh herbs and homemade soup.
We grew most of our vegetables at home, so picking tomatoes or mint from the garden was part of daily life. At the time, I didn’t realize I was learning something that would become my lifelong passion. But I remember my grandma whispering,
“Food without love is just ingredients.” ❤️
And I took that to heart.
🌍 A Journey of Flavor, Simplicity & Health
As I grew up, that passion only got stronger. I studied at a natural cooking academy in Europe, then traveled the world to learn from cultures that celebrate food: Morocco, Italy, Thailand, and beyond.
Wherever I went, I kept asking myself one question:
How can we cook healthy meals that don’t taste boring?
That question shaped my cooking style — clean, vibrant, plant-forward, and full of soul.
🍃 Why “Greeny”?
The nickname “Greeny” started as a joke among my friends — because I always chose the greenest, freshest ingredients at the market.
But honestly? It stuck, because that’s what I believe in.
Nature has everything we need. We just have to respect it and use it wisely.
My motto?
“Let your food care for your body — all you have to do is give it a little time and love.”
🧑🍳 What I Do Today
Today, I share my recipes and cooking philosophy with people like you — folks who care about what goes into their bodies, without giving up flavor. Whether you’re plant-based, flexitarian, health-conscious, or just food-curious…

😄 Things I Love… and Things I Don’t
Because this space is personal, and you’re getting to know me, here’s a little peek into what makes me Chef Greeny:
❤️ Things I love:
- Nature walks and morning sun ☀️
- Fresh herbs, especially mint and rosemary 🌿
- Seasonal cooking — I live for fall squash and spring greens
- Writing recipes like I’m telling you a story
- Connecting with people who share their version of my dishes
- Simple, soulful meals that don’t need 50 ingredients
- A warm cup of mint tea… unsweetened, of course 🍵
❌ Things I don’t:
- Processed fast food – your body deserves better
- Overcomplicated recipes that forget the joy of cooking
- Wasting food – every ingredient has a purpose
- Trendy diets that make you feel guilty
- Plating that looks good but tastes like cardboard (we’ve all been there 😅)
