- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with silicone baking cups.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned.
- Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix the Eggs & Cheese
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and softened cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
Step 4: Assemble & Bake
- Evenly distribute the cooked sausage into the muffin tin.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage, filling each cup ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
