Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler over low heat.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
